SHIPPING RATES
Within India: Shipping is ₹150 on orders below ₹2,000. Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more.
International: A flat shipping fee of USD 30 applies to orders outside India (USA). International shipping is free on orders above USD 200.
DELIVERY TIME
Ready-to-ship items are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch. Custom-fit and made-to-order items generally require 12–14 working days before dispatch. International orders generally require at least 7 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No cash refunds for change of mind.
Regular-priced and discounted ready-to-ship items: You may request one size or available-style exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and stock availability. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags, packaging and invoice.
Last Pieces / Final Sale and custom-made or custom-fit items: These are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange.
These restrictions do not apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or not delivered within the stated schedule. Please contact us promptly so we can provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Return-shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping on an approved size or style exchange. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not as described, Ivory by Radhika will cover the return-shipping cost.

TAXES & DUTIES
Indian customers: Product prices include applicable taxes and duties.
International customers: Orders are generally shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Product prices do not include import duties, customs charges or local sales taxes. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges required by the destination country.
